Cafeteca is about experience, not trend. Since 2009, we have been selecting single-origin coffees and roasting them in small batches, to preserve the clarity and personality of each terroir. For us, specialty coffee is not a commercial term – it is a commitment: traceability, careful roasting and respect for the farmer, the product and you.

Each coffee in this collection comes from verified farms and cooperatives that grow ethically, at high altitudes, under controlled conditions. Each bean is graded and selected for scores above 84 SCA points – the international standard of quality. There is no compromise here, just a balance of science and emotion.

From the acidic clarity of Kenyan coffees to the velvety depth of Colombian ones, our collection covers all taste typologies – fruity, floral, chocolatey, spicy or balanced. Each coffee carries a distinct emotion, a story, a mood.

Why "specialty"?

Specialty coffee means over 80 points on the Specialty Coffee Association scale, but also something more: total transparency in the supply chain, care in roasting and an experience that goes beyond just your morning coffee. For us, specialty means respect for detail .
