Real violets crystallized in sugar syrup

Mill & Mortar is now reintroducing the classic candied flowers. Their French supplier, who has been making this type of product since 1818, is the last of its kind in the Toulouse region and has been perfecting its skills for 200 years. The flowers and leaves are harvested at their peak and crystallized into a sugar syrup, which adds color and flavor as a topping on chocolate, desserts and cakes.

Ingredients: Sugar, violet flower petals 2%, thickener E412 (guar gum), colors E120, E132, flavor
