Crystallized rose petals in sugar syrup

Mill & Mortar is now reintroducing the classic candied flowers. Their French supplier, who has been producing these types of products since 1818, is the last of its kind in the Toulouse region and has perfected its craft for 200 years. The flowers and leaves are harvested at their peak and then crystallized into a sugar syrup, which adds color and flavor as a topping for chocolates, desserts and cakes.

Ingredients: Sugar, rose petals 2%, stabilizer E412 (guar gum), colors E120, E132, flavor
Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight, dry and hermetically sealed.
