Hibiscus, the red tropical flower, is used in herbal infusions around the globe. Dried hibiscus is a favorite garnish for gins as it lends a slight acidity while infusing the G&T cocktail with an elegant and delicate pink color. Use 1-2 flowers for each drink. Suitable for dry and citrus gins. Combine with a slice of lime.
