Tasting notes: I recognized the Peruvian coffees as fine, with hints of cinnamon and citrus, with a velvety taste and creamy body. The rich notes are provided by the malic acidity of a green apple, sweet molasses and an aftertaste of black tea, - it provides dynamism in the tastes and the day is definitely a story with this coffee.
