Mill & Mortar Smoked Sweet Paprika

Mill & Mortar was the first company to launch organic smoked sweet paprika in Denmark. For several years, they have been searching for an organic alternative to the popular smoked pepper.

Now finally found a small producer in the La Vera region of Extremadura, Spain, who has a small production of organic sweet pepper where they were allowed to buy it.

Just a teaspoon of this magical red spice in powder form adds body to food, whether it's in marinades or used directly during cooking.

Smoked paprika has an Umami taste, similar to broth or bacon.
