Salt flakes with porcini mushrooms for soups and pasta
Porcini, also known as the Karl Johan mushroom, gives an excellent taste to soups, pasta and egg dishes.
Dried porcini mushroom granules with salt flakes have been incorporated, resulting in delicious forest flavors and aromas. The salt flakes come from the Salina de la Fortuna salt lake in Alicante, Spain.
