Mill&Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes

Sourced from underground salt sources in Villena, the hand-harvested salt flakes are dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun.

They are then infused in oil made from sun-dried lemons with a green sprinkling of lemon thyme. Citrus salt flakes are suitable for all types of fish and vegetables.

Ingredients: Salt (NaCl) 96.1%, lemon thyme 2.9%, lemon oil 1%, turmeric.

Storage: In a dark, dry and hermetically sealed space.
