This coffee comes from the Jimma region of western Ethiopia , from farmer Mustefa Abakeno , who owns the Kabira processing station. The beans are Ethiopian heirloom varieties (74110 and 74112) , grown at an altitude of 2,000–2,100 m . After harvesting, they are naturally dried on hanging racks for 20–30 days , a traditional method that intensifies the sweetness and preserves the fruitiness specific to Ethiopia. This batch, selected and distributed by Falcon Coffees , has a specialty SCA score of 86.75 – guaranteeing premium quality, without compromise.
