Colombia Condor Decaf is a single-origin specialty coffee from Tolima, Colombia, naturally decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) method. This unique process uses sugarcane extract, preserving the authentic flavors and complexity of the coffee, without the effects of caffeine.
Produced on El Vergel Estate , at an altitude of approximately 1,450 m , from the Red and Yellow Caturra varieties, this coffee demonstrates the attention and passion of Colombian farmers for quality and sustainability.
