Privacy policy and processing of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of European Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), you have the following rights: the right to information, the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to oppose, the right to not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to restrict processing, the right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to data portability. For any requests you may have regarding the exercise of the rights mentioned above, you may send a notification with your request to the address office@adacomputers.ro.
You also have the right to address the competent authority in the matter of personal data protection (ANSPDCP – National Authority for the Supervision and Protection of Personal Data), if you believe that your rights provided by Law no. 677/2001.


IMPORTANT : By accessing our website and providing us with any personal information, you consent that all personal data (name, surname, telephone number, address, e-mail, postal address – for deliveries by courier) on that you provide to us, to be processed by us in the manner and for the purposes described further in this privacy policy and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding personal data.
Your consent Your consent will be requested when filling out a form on the Cafeteca website. Without your consent, personal information may be collected and processed in cases established by law. We only process your personal information based on your freely given consent by declaring your personal information when using the contact form.
What we use your personal data for. We use your personal data for the purposes of improving customer services, including to answer your questions. This typically involves using certain personal contact information regarding the reason for your inquiry (eg order status, a technical issue, software/services questions, complaints, general questions, etc.)
With your consent, we use your personal data to provide you with information about products or services (eg marketing communications or campaigns, promotions).
We use your personal data when you interact with the Cafeteca profile on social networks, to communicate with you and to inform you about the latest news. You can learn more about how it works, the profile data we collect about you and how you can change your settings by reading the privacy notices of the respective social network.
We also use website analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect marketing information about the frequency of visits to our website, the keywords used to find the cafeteca.ro website and the pages viewed on our website.
We may collect information such as address, age and gender. We may collect certain standard information such as IP address, browser type and language used, access times and addresses accessed on the website.
Processing of personal information. We store the personal information we collect in electronic form and use appropriate security procedures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the personal data.
Storing personal information. The personal information you have made available to us by filling out the contact form will be stored until you submit a data deletion request.
Your Access to Personal Information. You are authorized at any time to request notification of what personal information we have stored in our database and to request the modification or deletion of all or some of your personal information.
Unsubscribe. You can send a notification with your request to magazin@cafeteca.ro. If you make such a request, we will request identity confirmation to prevent unauthorized processing of your personal information.
Sending Personal Information to Other Recipients. Your personal information will not be sent to other recipients unless you authorize us to do so.

Customer Account

To access the scoring system, gifts and promotions, the Customer must first create an account on the Website ("Account"), as follows:

Create the Account by accessing the relevant button located in the upper-right part of the Website. In this situation, the Customer will complete the Account creation form providing the following information: the e-mail address through which he wishes to correspond with Cafeteca, his last name, his first name, his phone number and a password.

Creating the Account through the Facebook account. In this situation, the Website will automatically collect the following information from the Customer's Facebook account: name, surname, e-mail address, after which the respective customer will fill in the phone number;

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his Account data, in particular the password.

If you lose or forget your password, it can be regenerated by going to the "My Account" box and entering your email address, and a password will be sent by email. The password is strictly confidential.

The Customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the Account and password and is responsible for all activities and conduct of himself or anyone else acting as Gifts through the Account. Customer agrees to notify Cafeteca immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of the Account or of any suspected security breach. The Cafe or its representatives shall not be liable for any loss of any kind that may arise as a result of another person's use of the Account, with or without the Customer's permission. The Customer is responsible for any losses caused to Cafeteca or any third party as a result of the use of the Account by another person.

Customers are obliged to provide true, accurate and complete data as indicated in the registration form.

These conditions must also be met in the case of registering the Clients' participation in contests/promotions organized and presented on the Website by Cafeteca or its Partners, contests/promotions that will be governed by separate regulations.

In case of non-compliance by the Customer with the Terms and Conditions or any other relevant policies, Cafeteca reserves the right to deactivate the Customer's account, after notifying the Customer by email.

The Customer who wishes to delete his Account can do so by accessing the "Delete Account" button in the "Account Information" section of his Account. The account cannot be deactivated between the time an order is placed and the delivery of that order.

Just Coffee SRL reserves the right to limit a Customer's access to the services and products offered by cafeteca.ro and to delete his account if he believes that due to the actions taken by him, the company could suffer damage or could the functioning of the website may be affected. This right can be exercised at any time and it is not necessary to notify the Customer in this regard.

 

Each Customer can have only one account. Sharing an account between multiple people is prohibited. In the situation where the use of an account by several people is discovered, Just Coffee SRL reserves the right to cancel the order thus made and to cancel/delete the account used in violation of the present terms and conditions, or to suspend access to site or the services offered, as well as to ask for damages.
